Small but interesting treasure of Carldstadt!
To the right of the fire house a garden runs the length of the tree line with a few benches and a table top to picnic on.
The firehouse has been very well preserved and offers a few amneities for visitors. Directly behind the firehouse you will find a never ending stairwell that brings you to the main road of the town. Optionally, you can walk down a block and walk/drive up the cobblestone hill; still in use by pedestrian and vehicle. Closed when snow has fallen.
The hours of operation only apply to the last Sunday of every month!
