I can't believe how easy this was and cost effective. I was moving my girlfriend from NYC to Columbus Ohio. They literally give you a full 20ft trailer to use. They will quote you based on your initial needs, if you need more space within trailer, you take it and the charge you by the additional foot. I thought I needed 5 ft but I need 6 ft, no issues they adjusted my rate by a reasonable $22 per additional foot. When you're finish your driver will put up like a wooden wall, protecting but dividing your self, cause likely they will be transporting something else with it. But your stuff always goes in first and you can take as much room as you need. They provided me with a 4 hour block of time that they would arrive in and they showed up within that block of time at hour 3. The trailer was ready for drop off in Columbus within 4 days. When I called them they were trying to tell me it may be a day later because they were back up because of the holidays, I really didn't care cause I didn't need all of the stuff. I told the transportation coordinator that I prefer to get the trailer today, and she called me back 30 mins later saying they would drop it off within an hour. After they drop it off, you have 24 hours to unload it. 0 Issues with U pack and I'll definitely use it again when I move.
